They are exellent for cooking, try marinating meat in it
I would place them in order of "rankness", then salute each bottle as I gave them a proper burial by pouring them in the loo and swirling them into oblivion.
Inject many garlic cloves into leg of lamb. Marinate leg in dark type wine overnight. If there's not enough wine to cover lamb flip every few hours. Takes lamb out. Lightly season, and grill to desired perfection.
Pour it all into decanters and serve it to your unwanted guests...lol
you could leave them for several years, cuz certain types of bacteria will actually turn that wine into wine vinegar. I don't know how to know if it's working though.
