Shattered ankle and heel last year, can never run again. Need some excercises to help me loose weight not involving legs
I can't run, I can't do squats. I have out on a lot of weight since my accident. I've been dong a clean healthy diet for past two months and lost a bit but there's the last 5kg I want to loose and I need help toning my whole body. I feel as if I'm gonna be this way forever.
