She's been with him for a year now.. Is he a user?

My friend has been with her 34y.o fella a year now, she's already said 'i love you' but he hasn't. Yes, they are officially a couple.

On their 1yr anniversary she arranged a nice romantic stay at a hotel, he didn't want to go.

She has invited him to family functions, hes made excuses.

Hes never actually slept over a whole night at her house.

They don't do 'dates'. Cos apparently hes not the romantic type & never been in a serious relationship before.

He has no friends, is a mumma's boy & only child.

She always cooks for him, he has never done that for her. Basically its just sex when they are together, but he is a selfish lover.

I believe he is using her big time, and he doesn't want anything long-term, but she wont see it.

What you reckon people? Would be nice to get a man's perspective on this..

He is getting all he wants out of the relationship.

She aparently is not.

OverDoseOnLife	Posted Nov 4th, 2009 at 9:33PM Hmmm? I would have to go with yes. Why would he not show interest in the relationship if he really wanted to be it. It reminds me of mine, i was in a yr relationship with this adorable girl. Even though i never mention i loved her and she did. I didn't act as selfish and would atleast try to make things work i still will show affection and do things for her. He obviously knows he doesn't need to do any of that, cause he thinks she there to stay for good. Rated: +1Vote for this!
