    It is important not to loose too much of yourself in the service of others or your job. If you allow yourself to change for a loved one, they will eventually fall out of love with you because you are no longer the same person. With work, you can work harder but you will never get to recoup because you've given up what you enjoy.

    Either circumstance, it ends badly. Try to remember to give yourself 'me time' and do things you enjoy.
