    It's flattering when ANY woman accepts a date from you. The age thing shouldn't matter unless she's a cougar in which case take your vitamins.

    It sounds like you are talking about yourself.

    If the 24 year old male has never been with a female ever, then he should definitely feel flattered if a 39-year old woman is interested in him.
