Depends on the situation. If he has done anything seriously bad to you or the child, then HELL TO THE **** NO! If nothing else, he had a hand in creating them, he should have one in raising them. Too many fathers abandon their children for kids to just be going without one. But if did anything serious( abuse them or you, alcoholism, raped you) then he needs to stay away

Best Answer

Just as much as a biological mother. Our society has worked very hard to diminish the role of fathers in children's lives but the fact is that studies always show that time with fathers has far more impact on children than the time with mothers does. A nuclear family of course is preferential for child rearing as it is obvious in it's design. Please don't ask me any "what if" questions regarding this as anyone can make a case against or for individuals i am just trying to cover the topic as a whole.

If they are good fathers yes. If he's an *** to you that shouldn't stop him from seeing the child. Unless he's abusive. Of course most fathers have rights in most states. In 32 states even a rapist has right to the child. ****** right?

Yes

If they want to have a relationship with their children then yes. You made the choice to have sex with them and if they want to be a part of their kid's life, they have as much right as you do.

Best Answer

...any parent, not just men, should be judged ba<x>sed on their character, actions, efforts and resources and not just on gender or genetics; plenty of human being out there who should not be allow to breed nor have the child that they already have..
