Should a Woman propose to a Man ?
There seems to be this new trend going on nowadays. We have young Women dropping to their knees and guess what they are doing. No, not that you idiot.
They are proposing to their boyfriends and hoping for them to become the husband.
Now how is a Man going to deal with you ladies doing a Mans job.
Are you okay with this. Im not. =)

Why not? It's the 21st century. Why are so many people still stuck in the 60's?

Why would she admit openly that she wants to ruin his life, deprive him of happiness, burden him with responsibility, condemn him to celibacy and in general suck his soul from him? She should be patient and wait for the fool to volunteer.

If you don't want to marry a woman that knows what she wants, than why date her? How does this effect any man in a bad way? I proposed to my husband, and yes, I bought the rings. And we have mutual respect for each other. And if a man doesn't want to get married, just be straight forward and don't get married. I don't get why so many people are going around ******** on other people's relationships and marriages. They should mind their own business, and figure out what is to be gained by being so bitter and judgmental of things that don't effect them.

In my experience women don't "propose." Women beg, threaten, trick, plead, and cry. They use threats like "I'm pregnant so we have to get married." My mother used that one on my father. It worked on him. It didn't work on me. As often happens the "pregnant" suddenly has a "miscarriage" right after the wedding. They use threats like "If you won't marry me I'll kill myself." I didn't and she didn't.

as a man i would say no - i feel its a very manly thing to propose and being proposed to would make me feel a little crappy.

I'm old fashioned too. I would never even ask a guy on a date.

I don't think it really matters as long as one of you starts it off.
