Truly that is one of the most ridiculous questions I have ever heard. First of all, the fruit wasn't an apple. (Read the bible). Secondly, the story is a myth - there was no Adam or Eve. Thirdly, what do you think a sensible answer would be if it was a true story?

Perhaps if Adam had gathered and eaten his OWN fruit, instead of sitting around waiting to be served his snack, that whole scenario wouldn't have happened. Learn from Adam: Make your own sandwiches.

He did the right thing,,, IDK WTF that's called 'original sin' by the catholics (?) I mean that was how 'free will' came into being,,and what gave us couriousity to learn ( apple came from 'tree of knowledge') . There's really no point I can see,, to being stuck in the 'garden of eden',,, if you don't know what's outside it...

Adam did the best considering the circumstances. If he did not eat the fruit, he would have remained in the garden whereas Eve would no longer be welcome. And he "did" promise to stay with her forever.

In the story, rejected. In reality....that story makes no sense, a talking snake is all it took to convince them....they weren't going to make it.

He should have run to Smart Shop and bought her a whole bag of pesticide laden genetically altered apples. It would have been a much safer bite in the long run.

Doesn't matter. He didn't know any better and neither did Eve.
