No actually I think that they should first have to get in Big Rig and stop a few times to understand when to brake and why not to tailgate or how if you are stupid in front of one how fast you will over them. But I do understand the point of motorbike (motorcycle in US) for the point for them to look out for bikes.

yes, two years on a moped, followed by a test and then two years on a big bike followed by a test. Once they have passed that lot they can start with car driving lesson.
FYI I have ridden a motorcycle for over 30 years, no accidents!
