Should I ask my best friend out on a date?
I use to live with another family in a duplex and became friends with a girl their when I was 5. Couple years later after we moved eventually never saw her again up until 4 years ago when I was 16 and got a job at a movie theater where she was working. I started to get feelings for her after a couple months as we started to hangout! But she was with another guy at the time who she did end up getting married too. Of course I would never ever get in between two others relationship ever, I was happy for her. 4 years later, we have had great times together and she has always known I was in love with her even up to now. She recently got a divorce 5-6 months ago. We know eachother very well and shes been flirting with me alot lately how it seems. I really want to be with her but i also feel like im not good enough to be with her because of how perfect she is. Shes the only person I feel like I can be myself around. I wish I could leave more details. Should I ask her out on a date?

First, you're only delusional thinking she's perfect. That's infatuation speak. Anyways, there's only one way to see what would become of you asking her out. So, go right ahead.
