you don't need one, at least i don't think so. Are you unhappy with it and want it to stop? The disorder is like an addiction, so try to deal with it like an addiction, just try to control the amount you daydream and try to reduce the amount of time you daydream.
I wouldn't recommend a psychiatrist until it becomes something official and well-known, however ALWAYS tell you your parents when your mental health is in question. You're going to need all the support you can get.
