Despite what you hear, DoNut, listen to these people. Their words are sugar coated and their thinking is full of holesT Just have a few drinks and you will forget all about wanting a donut!

No! It will be gone in a moment and you'll say, "why did I eat that?" They say cravings pass in 12 minutes....find something to distract you!

No, because if you're like me, you'll gain a pound simply by thinking about the donut. Don't do it! No more thinking of donuts! :P

Get a baked one..not deep fried..eat it in the morning.According to Dr Oz, that small cheat keeps you on a diet. You'll burn the calories by mid day and feel cheerful knowing cheating once a week is not so bad.

I bleieve that weightloss does not follow from a dieting project but from a lifestyle change....

...if the occasional doughnut is part of that new lifestyle : go for it!

.. however if the doughnut symbolises the end of the project...

Yes. Reward yourself for your good work. But eat only one and truly enjoy every morsel of flavor.

do not ever go backwards, go make a smoothie or drink some tea, anything but eating something you should not be eating. its great that you've lost 7 pounds but that one donut is going to send you backwards and the diet will become harder.
