I always feel energetic at around 9 to 11 PM and like to run around outside. I lose so much sleep over this though, would it be efficient if I took a nap after school ended for about 3 hours, then went to bed at around 1 AM to wake up at 6 AM for school? Or would this be too screwy? I just hate it when it's bright and there's people everywhere, they're annoying.

I think you would do well to switch your sleeping schedule to include naps.

They sometimes feel really disorienting though. Will I get used to it if I do it?

Yeah, you should get used to it. Use alarms to help you. If that doesn't work, you can always change your schedule to something different.
