    Depends on how long you've been lifting and how sore you are. Soreness means your muscles are growing so I would just push through it unless it was too painful.

    i agree. but one added note. give each particular muscle 48 hours to rest.

    I think you are right. I noticed more gains when I stop lifting for a couple days and allow my muscles to recover compared to lifting every day.

    try not to stop use light weight not to light just enough so your muscles arnt to sore then slowly work your way up, take your time the pain will go away

    just drink a protein shake and wait a couple days to work out again
