    My Dr.s would greatly appreciate it if I do that... and I didn't.... then I met my wife... just depends on why you are asking really... Why are you asking?

    Well... you can use the internet to improve yourself... online education... also there are self help books... well websites that can be read.. as for doing something away from the computer.... turn it off first... leave it off... then the next day... ignore the computer.... would work?

    The tens of hours a day, when I am not on the computer, I could be on my phone...on EP. Hmmmm.......

    Well, I don't know what you would do if you have to work on your computer, or research stuff. The only way to really get rid of your computer, and its aura, is to move to the North Pole with your teddy bear collection.
