Should I meet my biological father?

I don't even remember the last time we spoke. I was roughly 10 years old and am now 20. My parents' marriage ended under circumstances I do no know, all I do know is that he did not take care of his family and has not made any contact with me since; while living within the same neighbourhood. I would like to know is i think he's a good person, but so much to consider; like the feelings of my step father who has generously raised me since I was young. Should I meet him?

Not necessarily . Be carefull,.,. if you are strong enough (in your mind spirit and emotions) you may meet him,.,. but if you feel weak in any aspect of your self esteem be carefull.
If your stephfather have been a good man with you,. talk with him first,. im totally convinced: tha man who take care of you and raised IS your real father !!!,.,.take your time to think about it,. your fahter SHOULD be the one who looks for u.

Uh, like, yes. Your step dad will understand your curiosity. Your biological father was your father for half your life so it's worth the afternoon or so to get to know him again.

yes you should. If it turns out bad at least you wont spend the rest of your life wondering if you should have.

Yeah go for it... I mean the worst that could happen is that you might not like him after getting to know him. But if thats the case It'll be just as it was before without him really being in your life. I don't think this will affect your stepfather much since even if hes not blood he has all those memories of you as kid and has raised and cared for you. IDK hope everything goes well.

Everything happens for a reason. If you really desire to meet him to be satisfied and end the querries that bears in your mind then do so. Your step father will understand it if he really cares and trust you.,who knows he might even support you as well. Go for it.
