not unless u are working in a hotel that rents rooms by the hour and is a flea infested hell tourism is a growth industry plenty of room for advancement at a hotel from event planning to hosting to problem solving<br />

i would think that a mgmt position at arbys would be somewhat limiting but i do love thier food

What is the potential for advancement your hotel position? What are the benefits at the hotel compared to Arby's? Is your feeling that it is time for change prompted by your feeling or the way the hotel management feels about you? Be sure before you leave a job that you have worked for a long time. Consider other hotels as well.

I wouldn't, but it really depends on your personality. Managing fast food isn't for the faint of heart....you'll work hard for that money, managing teenagers takes a certain personality to do well.

well front desk is basically mangement especially working 11 to 7 bymyself most times.. but to answer your question there is no doubt at all
