    Personal i would go with what ever you feel comfortable with if some one wants to see what you look like they will ask though.

    I suggest loading a picture that expresses who you are. Personally, I don't paste my face on the internet, but, hey, that's just me. You could put up an avatar, and then upload a pic for your friends to see. ( I would be curious to see you ;)
