Resolved Question

Should I tell her I love her?

I'm passionately in love with a friend since the first time I met her. She and I get along pretty well, she's still in high school while I'm attending college in a different city.

Back when I was in HS we hang around a lot, and had a lot of fun together, but for several reasons, I couldn't tell her then what I felt for her.

I'd been talking with her a little more these last few months, after being a little out-of-touch myself, when I felt that I needed to tell her how I feel for her, since it was (and still is) eating my alive.

A weekend I went back to town, I asked her out on what could be called our first date and we had fun, some moments of silence, but it never got awkward. And when I dropped her home, I just left after talking a little while.

Since then, my feelings for her have felt more intense than ever. Next weekend I'm planing to go back, and just call her to ask when I can meet her at her house to discuss something and let her know then. Should I do it?

Go for it! It's time to get passionate before she puts you in the "friends only" box.

I know a guy who has been going out with a guy for 3 years, madly in love with her since day one and he STILL hasn't told her and she doesn't have even an inkling about how he feels about her. It is totally crazy but he feels if he tells her it will change the dynamic and it will be the beginning to the eventaul end.

Don't rush the L word, but if you really mean it, tell her.

Yes, definitely you should! For all you know she has just been waiting on you all this time. Also, if you don't someone else might say it ahead of you. :)

Get to know her.... friendship....have lots in common...do lots of activities together......girls like to laugh....take her to a comedy movie, a fair ground, ride the rollercoaster....walk along the beach together, she will treasure the fun moments you share, and her bond with you will deepen. Don't rush her into bed, she will be better if you wait and form a good friendship first.....believe me it will be worth it !

I think you should go out with her a few more times before telling her. She might just get freaked out if you tell her that you love her after a first date.

You should use another L word, "like," instead of "love." It may be too early for her, I think. Say something like "I've really liked you for a long time now." Anyway, defenetely tell her!

I didn't read the paragraph but if you think you're feeling this way and questioning it. Go for it.

We are only here a short time and love is one of the best things that can happen while we are here.

Say it!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Get it out of your system or you may end up having regrets .There is no shame in telling someone you love them .Just be aware that she may not have thought of you in that way...you may be opening new possibilitys for her and good luck to you!
