If you have pain which you cannot take anymore, go to the ER.

ER....because from what I can glean from you, you would not complain unless it was bad...go ASAP

I know this isn't necessarily relative, but
I do want to point out that pain in the LOWER right abdomen that has pain that is worsened by palpating (gently pressing on it) is typically indicative of a swollen appendix which is to be considered life-threatening.
This is because when the appendix bursts it will release poison. Once that happens the fatality rate is VERY high.

if you have to grade the severity, 1 being the least, 10 the most, how painful it is?
    vomiting?
    nauseous?
    wheres the pain located?

The problem is that most emergency rooms are anything but that. You will wait for hours, only to be seen for two minutes, then sent on your way with a hefty bill. Unless they hospitalize you, which is possible from what you say. I hope you get better. I've missed you - you haven't been here much lately. [:{)

If you have a pain in your lower abdomen that is worse then a stomach ache, I would go to ER. It could be a hernia, or some other life threatening problem, so I wouldn't take a chance.

The rule of thumb is that if you are in pain....you go seek medical attention.

Pain is your bodies way of telling you that something is wrong.....
