No. Amateurs would begin using it. Some things should be left to the professionals.
It doesn't harm anyone (way safer than tobacco and alcohol), and it's not moral to force people to not consume a natural substance that doesn't harm anyone just because you personally don't like it. Prohibition allows disproportionate punishment of the poor and minorities (the rich can always get what they want and get away with it), and allows criminal enterprises to monopolize a lucrative market.
Legalize it, tax it, and watch the government deficits disappear, as criminals lose business to law-abiding citizens, who can resort to the courts to resolve disputes instead of shooting up cities.
I want to say yes but that means that I would be agreeing to another thing that the government will be able to control and tax such as cigarettes and alcohol. The reason it is illegal in the first place is that it is grown naturally and can't be 100%regulated and controlled so that the Government gets its fair toke on the proverbial joint. SO ...NO everybody that wants it gets it anyway...why let the Government make money?Thats the DEALERS job....lol
Yes, our government needs the $$$$ taxes...
Already legal in California.
A walk down Venice beach, $50 paid to a quack doctor and bam you have a medical marijuana card.
No...take a look at the past once alcohol was legalized alcoholism, family strife, and crime also esculated. Because they can't control something doesn't mean it should be legalized...those who want it will always find a way to get it, but legalizing it also makes it easier to access so addictions would then rise.
yeah, it must be legalized, but in a careful way
it should but it won't
Yea it should be legal so I don't have to keep getting arrested and my buddies wouldn't be going to jail I did this story thing on that utube interview with Stephan Harper and teamed him out he's a ****** idiot defiantly should be legalized but they won't till they get testers to tell if your high in that moment or MADD will have a ***** fit
Yes - it should be legalized BUT there should be certain controls on it, such as, only permitted for medicinal or pain relief purposes, not to be used in the presence of children, not to be used in public (such as at concerts) and only to be sold by registered retailers or pharmacists.
