    Cave, office, meditation room... Call it what you like.

    In my case, the rest of my family is very messy. My office stays 'reasonably' neat all the time. Disarray makes me uneasy and I can't relax. I feel like I have to pick everything up before I can sit.

    Yes. all men should have their own personal space. A place to retreat to when they feel like it.
