yes if he wants to survive
purportedly that's what the wars about in the first place....
Before war "Thou Shalt Not Kill'. During war "Kill! Kill! KILL!!". After war...who knows?
Whether they should or should not it depends on who's doing the fighting (the actual combatants who always change) and who's doing the pontificating (politicians and civilian population who never seem to change).
I think they are sometimes put to one side, albeit hopefully on a temporary basis, things are forced on people by circumstances and the survival instinct for us and our kids.
why would it change
They usually do with many people after the war, because of the horrible things they've seen, being forced to kill innocent people, being crippled, being forgotten, and the stupid reasons many wars start to begin with.
If one knows thyself, he will never change, no matter the circumstances.
One should check their morality and ethics before a war ?
I only know that when your in a war zone you realize your mortality more and you tend to want to believe more in God or a higher power that is good.
War is the absence of morality and ethics.
nope as long as it wont negatively effect his fighting
By the time they make it to war it already been long gone. Thats what boot camp is for to tear down ur humanity, before rebuilding ur into a fierce machine that takes orders
