If the two people have remained friends, perhaps have children together, sure why not? There's no law that a divorced couple HAS to be on bad terms or can't even still care for each other---there are many reasons for divorce.

If they're remained friends or have a good co-parenting relationship .. maybe. But I think generally, not a great idea.

Sounds like they,may be showing off for you. It's poor taste to have EX'es at Weddings.It's supposed to be the start of a New Life. Not Revenge on the old one. :)
