paco35	Posted Sep 11th, 2009 at 4:49AM Their already is a requirement set by the FCC prohibiting this. What advertisers do, is make use of the full audio spectrum, effectively having the same effect on the human ear and brain without actually raising the volume or violating FCC regulations. usanne	Posted Sep 11th, 2009 at 7:29AM One of my pet peeves! So pointless to have them like that when everyone goes for the mute button...defeats the purpose of advertising! And what about those ads where you have an idiot screaming at you, or a dripping tap???!!!! The list is endless! Rated: +1Vote for this!
