Should teenagers face a felony charge for unplugging bus heaters?

Usually i get a good laugh at dumb criminals. But then sometimes i get a good laugh at our legal system. Bet Penn & Teller would have a field day with this one. Three teens will face felony charges for unplugging buses from their heating systems last week, closing Mason schools for the day. Do you think these kids should face a 'felony' for this? I would say NO...that's a pretty stiff punishment for what was probably a prank.....suspension..yes...restitution, sure....but a felony follows them forever....that's crazy.

No, but they should be killed by public hanging. This kind of strong arm example is really what education needs. It sends a strong message to tamperer's. Obviously, the point being that it is a fine line between tampering and blowing **** up as a suicide bomber.

I'm not sure what a felony is, so I'm going to say yes.
