They should all be legal, it isn't the government's job to prevent people from hurting themselves. And it isn't working. Drugs are still available despite all the money we've wasted. All we've done is drive up prices, which funds organized crime and terrorist organizations. And we've filled up our prisons with non-violent offenders meaning we have to let some actually dangerous people walk the streets.

Weed should be... the drugs that people do and dont hurt anyone else while under the influence of that drug, should be legal. I dont know anyone who smokes it and then goes out to rob or kill.

Yes, prohibition does not work. It didn't work with alcohol and it is not working with drugs. It is horrendously expensive. It creates victim-less crime, and costs a fortune in police effort and incarceration expenses. Drugs should be legal but treated like a health issue as alcohol abuse is. Addiction is an mental illness. No one in their right mind would take the actions addicts take to support their habits. It should be legal, but addicts could be given addiction recovery treatment and help much less expensively than the cost incurred in the war on drugs. Treating addicts is humane, punishing them is irrational and non-effective.
