I finally found the answer I was looking for regarding the most ideal public transit system. While i think the public portion of such a system should be designed in such a way; it would still be beneficial to pursue allowing private vehicle owners to have access to the public rail via roller coaster connection apparatus on modified vehicles. Modification might cost $1000.00-$1500.00 possibly less in time. use would be free in exchange for being a citizen of a state of the North Eastern States.
