No. I would prefer fewer recipients of welfare within the United States.

Municipal school teachers striking for higher pay are no different than union workers at the grocery store demanding higher salary. "Provide more value, we'll pay you more. If not, we'll lay you off."
There's no such thing as the "Atlanta Snow Jam". DOT workers in Wisconsin laugh at the DOT workers in Georgia bitching about "snow", all the while collecting a government paycheck.
Employee of Xe? Taking a check from the DoD. Engineers at Ratheon? DMV workers... Cashing a government paycheck, all.
Veterans, despite what they might like to think, and first-level contractors for the US FedGov. They were told they'd get health care, but seem to oppose the mechanism by which Affordable Care Act designees would also get these benefits.
It's all government welfare.
