Should you have to take down your profile?

If you have a profile on what is known more as a dating site but also offers test/quizzes, blogs, and other things including the option to state if you are or are not in a relationship, do you HAVE to take it down, SHOULD you take it done when you do enter a relationship? Why?

If you want to be respectful to your other, just be sure to slap on a few warning labels in very large font. Already Spoken For. Not Looking to Date. Danger Will Robinson Danger.
