    i dont know how to reward but i DID write a THANK YOU e-mail to the customer service department in a institute for their kind help... They really helped me although i was writing to them from the other side of the globe... and really i ask toooo many questions to get satisfied! :) I didnt smell even a slight frustration from the start till the end of my queries :)

    I always do..If I see a clerk or any employee going double time to make my world comfy, I'll tell them first, then call their manager and tell HIM/HER also...........

    nice but a lot of the times the manager only thinks of the manager.......perhaps take it a step further :-)

    I do reward good customer service. When I am at a store and have been helped by a worker I always smile at them and thank them and at a restaurant I am a generous tipper especially when the service has been exceptionally good.
