I did it in 1988 stuck to the plan and went from 188 to 155 in 6 months. Kept it off for 10 years.

yeah but its kinda scary whats in it... if you have a blender you can make your own and have more variety ... put some high quality protein powder.. ta da... portable hunger killing simple meal...<br />

also there are these meal cakes you can make that are portable and help to loose weight.. you can look them up on runners world . com. they have the healthiest recipes... (runners are psyco about "healthy" things that help their body get optimum fuel with the maximum quality!!!!

It always gave me diarrhea. Too many chemicals. A sensible diet and exercise is better and drink plenty of water.

Slim Fast is pretty high calorie stuff for what it is - but yes, if you follow their program and ONLY drink those things twice a day and have one small meal and snack, it'll work.... but as soon as you go back to eating "normal" you will gain it all back.<br />

You need how to learn how to eat healthier foods in the proper portions if you want to maintain a healthy weight for a lifetime.<br />
<br />
And really, if you had the self control to eat one small meal once a day and only drink shakes for 2 meals and have one or two small snacks - you wouldn't need to lose weight, would you??<br />
