I am. I layed off people Nov 30 and employed replacements in China. Unfortunately the US workers happened to be democrat. My business is in good shape going in to 2013 :)
Some are. Some are rubbish.
They are good. Have helped one grow from $1mm per year to $17mm, helped another grow from $100 per month to $2.5 mm per year . . . one we are getting ready for the first IPO . . . all with good products, happy customers and employees who look forward to coming to work.
I prefer using small business for my needs. They are more willing too go out of their way too help

Yes. I think they reward success better than the big ones. They create more jobs, because they are more labor-intensive than capital-intensive compared to blue-chip companies. Midsize companies are good too.

Yes! That makes up a lot of business here in Utah. They're nice to work for. Friends of friends, no corporate mumbo jumbo, good hours, holidays.
