Googled it for you! My curiosity got the best of me.
In basic terms, it's a metabolic disorder. Extremely rare, considering it's a recessive trait, so in order for a child to inherit it, both the parents must have that recessive trait. 25% of people with homocystinuria die before age 30.
Some symptoms include eye issues (like near-sightnedness or partial dislocation of the lens), being knock-kneed, seizures, and psychiatric disorders.
It is most often identified by an excessive amount of homocysteine in the urine.
