you should do more resistance exercising like do weights instead of cardio.. eat more fatty - but healthy foods like avocado and cheese and full fat milk.. stay away from lean things like chicken or fish go for red meat. try to eat more calories. daily calorie intake is usually 2000 - 2500 so try to eat more. also snack on nuts it also is packed with healthy fat.
Drink weight gain shakes and DON"T STOP GAINING!!!
