I like to be outdoors in the warmer months, but I can't exercise in cold weather because of asthma. :-( Going to the gym with a friend makes it more fun for me.

4-5 times a week. Running 7miles twice a week, 15 and more miles once a week, and swimming in-between running days. I also do dance classes but I wouldn't call that exercise.
