I try for five times a week...start out on the treadmill, which I hate. I go. On it just long enough to warm me up, then I'm off to the weights. I end with sit ups. I also have a weighted hula hoop that I use at home....my friends all got one once they saw how it completely got rid of muffin tops....lol
Three times a week, 10 minutes cardio, 40 minutes straingth training, 10 minutes cooldown. <br />
Monday chest, Wednesday legs and crunch, Friday back. I am working out regular for last 4 years, <br />
never got sick with cold, flu or strep, stomach flu etc.. my arthritis is completely gone. With stupid Obamacare healthcare rationing, I will never Quit.
Aikido martial arts 4 days a week, running around outside the other 3. I can't do gyms, too boring.
4-5 times a week. Running 7miles twice a week, 15 and more miles once a week, and swimming in-between running days. I also do dance classes but I wouldn't call that exercise.
