I love going to the gym with my friend. We go 3 times per week for at least one hour. We love the 30 min circuit training, elliptical & treadmill. On the other days I do toning with 3 pound weights, bike, walk, yoga, treadmill, dance, hike, etc. for at least 30 min. I take one day off a week. I like variety and I like to sweat! :-)

I try for five times a week...start out on the treadmill, which I hate. I go. On it just long enough to warm me up, then I'm off to the weights. I end with sit ups. I also have a weighted hula hoop that I use at home....my friends all got one once they saw how it completely got rid of muffin tops....lol

Three times a week, 10 minutes cardio, 40 minutes straingth training, 10 minutes cooldown. <br />

I like to be outdoors in the warmer months, but I can't exercise in cold weather because of asthma. :-( Going to the gym with a friend makes it more fun for me.

4-5 times a week. Running 7miles twice a week, 15 and more miles once a week, and swimming in-between running days. I also do dance classes but I wouldn't call that exercise.
