So, do you exercise? If so, how many days a week, how long & what does your routine consist of? Favorite exercises?
I love going to the gym with my friend. We go 3 times per week for at least one hour. We love the 30 min circuit training, elliptical & treadmill. On the other days I do toning with 3 pound weights, bike, walk, yoga, treadmill, dance, hike, etc. for at least 30 min. I take one day off a week. I like variety and I like to sweat! :-)
