So how come Miley Cyrus got voted worst celebrity influence of 09, and Chris Brown didn't get a mention?

Maybe because she really does influence kids. I had never heard of Chris Brown until he started dating/beating Rhianna.

In the "old days" when movie stars like Lauren Bacall, etc., debuted in "adult" roles when they were 16 or 17, nothing was thought of it.
