So, I'm a nerd. What's your favorite chemical element?

My two favorite are Bismuth, because it's crystals are amazing and it's quite useful, and Xenon which is my favorite of the noble gases. It burns purple. Very nice.

I'll probably change my mind about this, but I like carbon. It's so versatile, found in so many different forms, and it's the basis of life on this planet.
