Try a very low sugar, high protein diet. Do circuit training and cardio cross training each day for 45-60 minutes each. If you get your body fat % down to below 15% you will look pretty good.
Clean eating and lots of interval exercises. You can look both terms up.
As Azryal has already pointed out.....diet and exercise!
No easy way unless you are born with good genes and even then as you grow older you still need to make an effort.
