Give her time, but not too much,she can be scared that you might be like someone in her past, maybe it didn't go so well last time. Show her that you can be that guy that won't disappoint her.

I don't understand...why she "misses" you if you are dating. I think you need to get some clarification about what the problem is here...too much love, or not enough?

You can't convince someone to fall in love with you. You just have to be yourself and she'll either fall in love with you or not. She might be afraid of getting hurt... so don't and in time she'll come to trust you.

Rule number one don't plead desperate she will be bored of you , don't tell her how much you would like her yet and how much you would like to convince her being with you.
Just go with the flow no mention about it , when she will see you will not pay attention to those words about falling in love she will make the first move because she won't feel you as a intruder anymore.
I guess she lacks confidence.
