    Well, I always thought that was illegal.so that problem could come up. My neighbor actually did this a few months ago and now he is in a legal mess getting a divorce. Besides ,what is your day to day life going to be like with someone who you didn't pick as a wife. I'd hate to live in that household.

    Usually they will divorce you after a certain time that needs to be done in order to stay in your country.
    In the meantime she will spend the money that her mother gave you leaving you with nothing and a wasted year or so when you could found your own girlfriend.
    Not a very good business deal.
