You could start your own "fish farm" and eat your own fish, but then you gotta worry about what your feeding the fish. Is the feed GMO free? Pesticide free? Has your fish stock been contaminated with growth hormones? Bah...lol. sometimes it's easier just to ignore the fear mongering a little bit, but try to error on the side of caution.

Yes. So true about where the feed is coming from. I don't eat fish much anyway. I guess we can only do the best we can.
