Because Texas had silly restrictions on abortion and thus set the stage for this issue to be brought before the supreme court in Roe vs Wade. Which ultimately found the idea of denying abortions to be unconstitutional.
I really don't have much opinion on abortion-but I do on religious freaks wanting to turn this country into a theocracy. We have already seen how the religious rule, and their is good reason to stand up to laws and such that are ba<x>sed on ancient myths. I don't want to live in a society where such personal choices as abortion are decided by anyone but the woman in question.
It's simply a different perspective, viewpoint. Aborting a fetus equals murder to some, others it does not. A fertilized egg is considered a human by some.
It's not OK...but it is the law of the land. .We are a nation of laws !!!
Trick question AND worded incorrectly!!!
It is not ''ok" to kill either----because a '4 week old human' is a baby that was already born and IS a human.
I suppose you were trying to talk about abortion, and you meant a '4 week old fetus', which is NOt ' a human'....
So, the law states that it is illegal to KILL either an infant or a toddler.
you are a goof. ( a 15 month old human?) lol
( also:think and proofread before you write...)
Doctors trying to make money (more)
Good point. Abortion should be legal in both cases.
