Someone tell Outback to do some serious customer surveys. They at one time for me was the place I'd love to and look forward to going to for a delicious steak dinner. The last several if not more times I went the food was mediocre at best and never cooked the way I asked for it to be or enjoyed. Talked to several people who have said the same thing. Not sure what changed about them, but they certainly have me frequenting the place, less and less.
