I don't really let people on EP make me mad. I try to understand that they are just expressing themselves. Not only their ideas and morals but they might be lying about it just to try to get a rise out of people. So I try to keep that in perspective.
I have gotten into some serious debates with people and we go back and fort on it, but if it all stays polite, that's a good thing. We won't always agree with everyone on everything.Like (4)

today someone said something dumb to me after I was trying to be nice.

There are a couple of insects on here, that give me a little anger rush when I see their avatar, because they threw some stupid ad hominem at me and blocked me so I couldn't reply. I'll admit that makes me a little mad, but like I've said. I get kind of a rush from my anger. For me it's not entirely unpleasant, besides, they're insects.

It's been a while, but I've distanced myself from EP quite a bit. People can annoy me now, but it's seldom that anyone really gets under my skin any more.
Over time, I've learned that is the way it has to be. When you get on EP and interact, you are basically in a roomful of people- many of them jerks, pervs, and others that you normally might not choose to be around. You have to keep your distance.
