I think it's the person who answers first when the asker doesn't chose.

Yes , I know . That's my question . If the poster doesn't pick a 'best answer ' it says the best answer was chosen by voting . Who's doing the voting ? I've never been asked to vote .

Oh sorry, i misunderstood. So then the most people who click "Like". So i would imagine if it was a multi-way tie, no one would get it.
