I think its because you visualize the frisbee as the family unit, you know, coming full circle...seeing what you are throwing away... at those times, you should just get a boomerang.

Get an Australian Sheep dog for company, train it to be a frisbee-fetching superstar, you'll become famous, have someone who loves you because you throw a frisbee to them and you'll have someone to talk to. Plus, you'll probably go to the dog park a lot, end up being happier because you're having fun and some other like-minded individual will come up and talk to you and you'll live happily ever after.

Is there any way to get a pet to help you with this? There must be a Frisbee club some where out there. If you do something that brings on bad thoughts, why do it?
I think you need to go meet some new people, then ask if they ever throw the Frisbee.
