Sleeping pills are not a good idea ever. Try an herbal remedy or tea like chamomile, catnip, lavender or something. Lay off the caffein and soda/coffee etc.

I agree with Avalon Weiss...Zquil, which is like Nyquil, except it's primary function is to help you to get to sleep.

I have used Melatonin with great results. It is natural and non addictive.
Physical exercise works as well.
im going to the doctors in a few days to get some strong sleeping stuff. i plan on putting some in my dads coffie :)
