It will be so gradual ,you will find it hard to tell you're bodies changing . Then someone will walk up to you and give you a compliment about how good yo look and you will notice yourself. BUT of course you will be able to lift more and more weights so that's how you will know you are making progress.Give it a month or two.

It's not just about hitting the gym.... if you're eating a lot of unhealthy food... you will have to do a HUGE amount of exercise to see results.... if you start focusing on eating healthier foods (vegetables and proteins) you will see results very quickly and you won't burn yourself out at the gym.

Ahh..ok. weights are a great way to go. Try circuit training several days a week. Short rests between sets to keep heart rate up. On the days u dont lift..do some cardio and< of coursedont pig out. Eat often..plenty of protein..not too many carbs. Good luck bro
