Up the protein, lower the carbs and high fat food. Eat three meals a day with lots of vegetables and a good source of protein like salmon, steak, etc. Stick to this and it'll work. Starving yourself is not the answer, it lowers your metabolism rate, and can have dire and severe consequences.
